After studying fashion design at Marymount College and Istituto Marangoni, Vanessa Romond began working as a knitwear designer for a widely known clothing brand. Her first few years in the business world made Vanessa realize her positive energy and creative mind were being stifled by “corporate America”, which led to her decision to recreate her career path. Instead of continuing down a road that was personally unfulfilling, she envisioned a place of her own that would capitalize upon her talents and creative eye for style. Her ultimate goal was to open an affordable clothing boutique in the midst of a town filled with pricey fashion options. Vanessa knew her market and niche and was very confident in the concept of her business idea. She launched Bella Ro in December 2007 and is loving every day of it!
